What Happens Next?

Understanding your business

As soon as you schedule your first One-on-One Coaching Session with us, you will get an email containing some useful resources you are going to need and a questionnaire to help me learn a bit more about you and your business.  I will spend some time analysing your questionnaire responses, checking out your website and generally getting a sense of your business and brand and the systems you currently have in place.  I will then collate all this info into a Draft Strategy tailored specifically for your business and it's unique requirements.

What happens during the call

During the call, I will ask some questions but I will also do a lot of listening to make sure that I have a good understanding of your business and it's systems and what you are looking to achieve.  

What you will walk away with

Although the bulk of the "doing" happens later steps of the Consultation Process, you will walk away from this Consultation Call with a clear list of no more than 10 very specific & totally achievable tasks to start working on straight away.  Each task will have a deadline, clear instructions and an explanation of why it's important.  (Remember, every goal - no matter how daunting it seems - can be broken down into many small steps.  And if those small steps are all achievable, then the goal is achievable too).


Finally, within 48 hours of your Consultation Call, I will email you your Consultation Strategy Report PDF detailing all the items we discussed during the call and clearly setting out some specific and achievable Goals including Deadlines, Descriptions, Milestones and Tasks.

Follow up

1 week after your Consultation, I will check in with you by email to see how you're getting on with your tasks and goals and find out what results you have seen so far.

Who are your typical clients?

That is a hard question to answer as every Small Biz and every Small Business Owner is quite unique.  But if I were to generalise, I would say that to date the most common types of clients we have worked with would be companies with between 1 and 10 staff members that have been in business for 3+ years who have well-established digital systems that either (a) are no longer working as well for them as they once did or (b) never worked that well for them in the first place and they have finally realised that perhaps there is a better way.

Do you work with any other apps besides
