1. The Problem
Once you have found your Dream App (possibly even before), no matter how tech-savvy you are, good quality Support will help you to achieve your goals faster and easier.
Some types of Support can be free and the right Support can get you from Zero to Hero much quicker when it comes to mastering your Apps. So, it makes sense to use some type of Support if you can find a solution that works for you.
However, most App Support comes with it's own challenges - especially if you are trying to build a system of well-integrated Apps for your Small Business...
Most Support suffers from "tunnel vision"
If you wish to develop well-integrated digital systems for your Small Business you are going to have questions that involve more than one App. However, by definition, most App support is limited in focus to one App. Most Support - and the help they provide - is inherently biased in favour of the App they work for.
