Welcome to Monday CRM 2.0!
You've now got access to the same CRM framework I've spent years building, breaking, rebuilding and generally poking with a stick until I was happy with it.
The good news is that you don't need to spend the next six months figuring it all out yourself.
That's rather the point of the Kitset. 😁
Before you do anything...
Don't try to build everything at once.
The Monday CRM 2.0 Kitset contains a lot of functionality. You don't need to understand every board, column, automation and workflow before you can start using it.
There are two main ways you can use the Kitset:
Option 1: Use it as your new CRM foundation
If you're setting up a new monday CRM, you can install the complete Kitset and use it as the foundation for your system.
You can then customise it to suit the way your organisation actually works.
Option 2: Use it as a library of upgrades
Already have a monday CRM?
You don't necessarily need to start again.
You can use the Kitset as a collection of ready-built solutions and take the pieces you need.
You might want to replace the way Leads work, improve Activity tracking, add better task management, fix connections between records, or add some of the automations.
You can take what you need and leave the rest.

What's Included?
The Kitset contains the boards, columns, connections, automations and workflows that make up the Monday CRM 2.0 system.
More importantly, everything is documented.
You'll find explanations of how the different parts work, why they're structured the way they are, and how the various pieces fit together.
There are also demonstration videos for many of the features.
This means you're not buying a mysterious black-box template where you install it and then wonder:
"Right... what the hell does all this stuff do?"
You can actually see how the system works and make informed decisions about which parts you want to use.
A Quick Word About Monday CRM
The Kitset is designed to work with monday CRM, but it doesn't magically remove monday.com's underlying limitations.
Some things work differently from the standard monday CRM setup because I've deliberately designed alternative ways of handling them.
Other things are simply limitations we have to work around.
Where that's the case, I'll explain what I've done and why.

Start with the parts that solve the problems you're actually experiencing.
Build gradually.
Test things as you go.
And resist the temptation to install 47 automations on day one because you've just discovered how much fun automations can be.
