How BotSquad partners with SaaS Companies

WE ONLY PARTNER WITH APPS AND COMPANIES THAT WE 100% BELIEVE IN

  • If we believe in your product and your company, we will actively promote you as much as we can to our users and freelancers regardless of whether or not you offer an affiliate commission.
  • We are committed to spending 50% of all affiliate commissions earned for any given App in promoting services and links related directly or indirectly to that App.  That way, half of what you pay us goes into directly or indirectly promoting your App to our users (which in turn potentially results in more affiliate income for us - win-win!).
  • We believe in 100% transparency and will always disclose any affiliate commission earned to our users.

OUR STRENGTH IS IN WORKING TOGETHER - USERS, FREELANCERS AND APP COMPANIES

Alone we can only achieve so much but together we can move mountains!

A central part of our approach here at BotSquad is using the power of community to unite users, freelancers and SaaS companies and help make our businesses and our lives more awesome.  As part of that approach, BotSquad is committed to bringing on board a growing number of freelancers and experts as community moderators, course/content creators and support providers.  These experts will help us to provide faster better support to an ever-growing number of community members and users.

WE WILL CREATE ONLINE DOCUMENTATION, VIDEOS AND COURSES LIKE A "SUPER INTERN"

One of the biggest challenges facing both up-and-coming SaaS companies and their users/potential users are a lack of online (official or unofficial) support documentation, courses and videos walking users through how to set up and use the App.  In all honesty, users don't care if the awesome support article they use is "official" or not - as long as it is easy to understand and helps them to overcome the challenge they are facing.  Having more online support documentation both increases your online presence and also helps reduce user churn.  A large part of our content-creation strategy revolves around non-cannibalising SEO optimisation of blog posts, Youtube videos with searchable VidTags and transcripts for ease of use, social media posts, online mini courses and courses, and community threads.

think of us as your most passionate help desk worker - who works for free!

Users have incredibly high expectations when it comes to the quality and speed of online support (I should know - I'm one of them!).  As an example, as soon as you offer live chat support, users become super frustrated when their questions aren't answered immediately or in language that they can understand.

At BotSquad we are focused on providing awesome 1-on-1 and group support to our users to help them to find, set up and master their Dream App ASAP.  Because we are focused on providing support only to our micro-community, we can offer support that is fast and personal.  This support comes in many forms - Community DMs or mentions, online courses, One-on-One and Group Coaching and Consulting.

The Challenge for up-and-coming saaS companies

The biggest challenges most up-and-coming SaaS companies face are, in many ways, a reflection of the challenges that their new and would-be users face....

NEEDLE IN A HAYSTACK

SaaS is an incredibly competitive industry and often it can be hard for users to even find your App let alone sign up for a trial or paid plan.

For example, after years of researching and testing social media management apps, I recently stumbled upon Vista Social by chance when I Googled "social media management apps that direct publish to TikTok".  I never even knew this App existed although it launched over a year ago.

With the plethora of SEO optimised blog posts, online courses, Youtube videos etc we regularly create for our chosen Apps we will do our best to increase your online presence in a way that benefits both you and the end user.

POOR ONLINE DOCUMENTATION

I have personally used many awesome Apps that had very poor online documentation.  This makes it much harder for the end user to utilise what I call "self help support".  This forces the user to call upon your Help Desk.  And then, if your Help Desk is slow to respond or not helpful (or if the user can't figure out even how to contact your Help Desk), you will likely lose that user.

Because BotSquad is a micro community, we are able to offer our users fast personal support when they need it.  And because we funnel a large portion of all income back into our Support network, we will only get stronger from here.  All of this means less of a load on your Help Desk, allowing you to focus on what you do best - developing awesome Apps!

THE WAY USERS CHOOSE APPS IS BROKEN

I firmly believe that if you want to end up with a tech stack that works smoothly together and makes managing your Small Biz a Dream, it is essential that users choose their Apps as a collection not piecemeal.

Users are unlikely to commit to all those Apps right from the get-go and may well swap some Apps based on their specific requirements.  But simply by considering Apps as part of a collection it will simplify their decision-making and make it far more likely that they end up with a tech stack that actually "stacks"!

DAZED & CONFUSED

By the time most users finally hit your landing page, they have probably been bombarded with so much advertising and marketing-speak that they (a) can no longer clearly remember exactly what they were looking for in the first place, and (b) are incredibly suspicious because you are "just trying to sell them something".

At BotSquad, we offer a range of free as well as paid tools and services and we go above-and-beyond to help our community members in a way that is transparent, helpful and friendly.

This, combined with the fact that we don't have to sugar coat every bug or flaw in an App, means that we are constantly building trust in our community members.  So, when we recommend an App to our users, they tend to look at that App in a new light.

Hi,

I'm Patrick Fallon

And I am totally obsessed with Apps for Small Business.

I have spent I-don't-know-how-many-hours over the past 20 years or so researching, installing and mastering various digital systems for both my own businesses and those of my clients.

Now, I have made it my mission in life to help Small Biz Owners just like you to save time, money and sanity with better digital systems.  And I have created quite an arsenal of secret weapons to help me (and you) achieve this lofty goal.

These include our Awesome App Database, Curated Plug-and-Play App Collections, a variety of Free and Paid Online Courses, One-on-One Coaching and our BotSquad Private Community...and if this isn't enough for you, we have some absolutely game-changing gizmos being released very soon...

As you can probably tell by now,I have some pretty big plans.  But if I'm going to pull half of them off, I'm going to need your help.  After all, both Apps and People work better together.

So, I would love it if you would join in the conversation over at our Squadron Community or roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty with our App Database, Online Courses and other features.

Patrick Fallon,

Chief Bottle-Washer, BotSquad
