Install Your Monday CRM 2.0 Kitset

Once the CRM 2.0 boards are created, they can't be easily moved between monday.com workspaces.

(You might think it's not possible to move them between Worksapaces at all.  It is, but there's a trick.  You have to put any and all Core CRM Boards - eg Leads, Deals, etc - in a folder then move the folder to the desired Workspace).

So decide which workspace you want your CRM to live in before you install the template.

If you're replacing or consolidating an existing CRM, this is particularly important.

Once you've decided, you're ready to install.

I've created a simple installation video that walks you through the process.

The basic process is:

1. Open your personalised Kitset installation link.
2. Choose whether the Kitset can be used in all workspaces or specific workspaces.
3. Make sure you've selected the correct monday.com account if you have access to more than one.
4. Click Install.

Installing the Kitset doesn't immediately create all the boards. It adds the Kitset to your monday.com account so you can then choose where to create it.

Once you've installed it:

1. Go to the workspace where you want your CRM.
2. Click Add item to workspace.
3. Select Template Center.
4. Search for 2.0.
5. Select Monday CRM 2.0 Kitset.
6. Click Use Template.

And that's it.

Your Monday CRM 2.0 foundation is now installed.

Don't panic when you see a bunch of boards with CRM 2.0 at the end of their names.

I've deliberately added the CRM 2.0 suffix so you can easily distinguish the Kitset boards from any existing Leads, Contacts, Deals, Tasks etc. you may already have.

Don't rename or delete anything yet.
