BotSquad is built on the principle that both people and Apps work better together. This is why we take a community-first approach to helping Small Business Owners find, set up and master awesome integrated Apps to better manage their Small Biz.
But the "working together" bit doesn't end there.
BotSquad is also focused on bringing Small Biz Owners, Freelancers/Agencies and SaaS companies together for the benefit of all.
And this is where you come in.
If you are a Freelancer or Agency and you feel that what BotSquad has to offer could be of benefit to your customers, obviously we would appreciate a referral.
But appreciation don't pay the bills! And this is why we offer a generous Affiliate Program.
If you refer somebody to us and they sign up for a paid service or product, you will receive UP TO a 50% affiliate commission on the sale. If the product/service is a recurring subscription, you will receive an ongoing 50% commission every single month the user remains a paying customer.
The only service that is excluded from the 50% recurring affiliate commission rate is Coaching & Consulting (not listed below). With Coaching & Consulting you will receive a 10% recurring affiliate income. Ie if the user signs up for the NZ$479.90 + GST Monthly 10 Hour Plan, you will earn NZ$47.99 every month the user remains signed up.
Note: I am in the process of setting up automatic payment of Affiliate Income Commissions. I will update this page when setup is complete.
Our Products & Services
The short version is this...
We are 100% focused on building the membership/subscription aspects of BotSquad and I expect to offer a 50% recurring commission on all subscription-based services (with the one exception being Coaching & Consulting).
But, we are a brand new Startup and it's going to take us a while to build and sell many of the awesome products we have in mind.

Monday.com Kitset
The Monday.com Kitset is an complete Plug+Play Monday.com Build that can be installed in a matter of minutes in a Monday.com User's account.
The Kitset is made up of a collection of boards complete with custom views, multiple custom columns, automations and dummy data that constitute a pretty complete "operating system" that will allow most Small Business Owners to take their digital systems from zero to hero almost instantly.
This product is most likely to appeal to;
- Small Business Owners with zero to 10 employees who might be considering Monday.com as a solution to manage their business and want to speed up the testing process.
- New or existing Monday.com users who wish to skip the vast majority of the DIY installation and set up process or simply save a lot of $$$ by not having to hire a freelancer or agency to build their Monday.com set up for them.
Costs & Pricing Structure
NZ$19.99 Affiliate Pricing one time fee - if users sign up to a paid Monday.com plan via our Affiliate link they get the Kitset for this price.
NZ$99 Normal Pricing - if a user doesn't sign up for a paid Monday.com plan via our affiliate link, this is the price they pay for the Kitset setup.

This is one of our most exciting products in my opinion but is still a work in progress. The concept is all about creating a library of integrated App Collections that Small Business Ownerrs can easily demo and buy/setup instantly, complete with integrations, automations and dummy data. Community
At this stage our Community spaces are all free but I have big plans for paid memberships for premium content and these memberships will earn a 50% recurring affiliate commission.
Coaching & Consulting
We offer Coaching & Consulting on both an hourly basis and also a Monthly 5 hour (NZ$264.95 + GST) and Monthly 10 hour plan (NZ$479.90 + GST). I'm offering 10% recurring commission on both of the monthly plans but not on the hourly. So, you could earn yourself $47.99 ongoing affiliate commission every month if somebody signs up to the Monthly 10 hour plan.

Frequently asked questions
about our clients
That is a hard question to answer as every Small Biz and every Small Business Owner is quite unique. But if I were to generalise, I would say that to date the most common types of clients we have worked with would be companies with between 1 and 10 staff members that have been in business for 3+ years who have well-established digital systems that either (a) are no longer working as well for them as they once did or (b) never worked that well for them in the first place and they have finally realised that perhaps there is a better way.
No. My background and passion is 100% Small Business and that is what we are focused on here at BotSquad.
About Our APPs
We work with any Apps that offer a wide range of powerful native integrations with other market-leading Apps. Because BotSquad is a StartUp, at this stage the number of Apps in our Databases is limited but we are adding new Apps each and every month.
We try and avoid Apps that don't offer a good selection of native integrations with other Apps and also any Apps who's behaviour we find suspicious or questionable. (For example, a pet hate of mine is Apps that allow you to sign up easily but force you to "request" an account cancellation when you want to leave. At this stage, I am not listing any Apps with such a cancellation policy but I may review this in time).
