Time Tracking Apps
C.R.M.s (AKA Customer Relationship Management Apps) are complex pieces of software that, when chosen, setup and used correctly, actually make running your Small Biz much simpler.
The main advantage of using a CRM rather than a whole bunch of disconnected Apps is that CRMs give you the ability to link related data together. Eg they might allow you to connect emails to a contact or deal/job, tasks to a contact or user, events to a lead etc.
Typical "modules" featured in many CRMs include a contact database, leads/jobs/deals (often with a Pipeline or Workflow with associated tasks or even automations), calendar/calendar sync and email. Some CRMs even include proposal and contract/Edocs features, web forms, website tracking and live chat etc.
