I recommend using the Monday CRM Pro Plan for 2 reasons; Reason #1 is that the Pro Plan supports the features and automations included in the CRM 2.0 Kitset so you need this pricing plan (or above) to get full power out of the system. Reason #2 is that, below Pro Plan level you are so limited with automation and integration actions that you won't be able to automate your way out of a wet paper bag. And if you are using Monday with no automations, that's like buying a Ferrari and using it to mow your lawn - not only is it a waste of money, it's not even the best tool for that particular job.
Yes. Monday CRM 2.0 is designed to give you a strong starting point that you can customise around your business and workflows.
You may be able to use individual ideas and features from CRM 2.0 within your existing boards, depending on how your current system is structured. However, the Kitset is designed as a complete connected system.
No. When you purchase the Kitset, it gets added as a workspace template in your account. You can then instantly create the entire system including all boards automations etc using that Template in the Workspace of your choosing. In other words, we get the Workspace Template (AKA) into your Template Centre, you do the rest from there.
